The preparation method of the graphene aqueous dispersion liquid includes the following steps: taking the graphene or the graphene oxide, the sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, the polyvinylpyrrolidone and the water according to percentages by mass, and performing full mixing and dispersion to obtain the graphene aqueous dispersion liquid.
