The invention discloses a slicing machine. The slicing machine comprises a planing machine, and further comprises a steam ejecting device for ejecting steam to workpieces. As the slicing machine is additionally provided with the steam ejecting device for ejecting the steam to the workpieces, such hard structured foam materials as PMI foams can be softened under high-heat and high-humidity environments, and the surfaces of workpiece materials can be softened by the steam ejected by the steam ejecting device; a planing cutter of the planing machine is easy to plane the workpieces as slices; andthe planed slices are easily wound to slide out under extrusion by a ram.
