The invention provides a clathrin-modified nano-drug delivery system, which includes a drug-carrying lipid nanoparticle and claprotein wrapping the drug-carrying lipid nanoparticle. The invention further provides a preparation method of the clathrin-modified nano-drug delivery system and use in preparation of antitumor drugs.
