The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) preparation of surimi slurry; (2) preparation of a surimislurry mixture; (3) preparation of a fish gelatin solution; (4) preparation of a fish gelatin marshmallow initial solution; (5) colloid milling treatment; (6) stirring treatment; and (7) preparationof the fish gelatin marshmallow.
