The invention relates to a telescopic rail comprising a first rail element, at least one additional rail element, at least one rolling body cage for positioning a plurality of rolling bodies between the two rail elements, wherein the rolling body cage has at least two receiving limbs with a respective plurality of through-openings, and the receiving limbs have a cross-section which partly enclosesan interior, and a plurality of rolling bodies which are received in the through-openings of the receiving limbs. The rolling body cage together with the rolling bodies is arranged between the firstrail element and the additional rail element.
