Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a wavelength tunable nonlinear mirror mode-locked laser and a working method. The mode-locked laser comprises a pump light source, a collimation focusing system and an optical resonant cavity, wherein a laser crystal, a birefringence filter and a nonlinear crystal are sequentially arranged in the optical resonant cavity, the laser output wavelength is changed by rotating theangle of the birefringence filter, the phase of the frequency multiplication process is matched by adjusting the nonlinear crystal, and mode-locked laser output is achieved. The problems that an existing tunable ultrafast laser is low in damage threshold value, low in output power and complex in preparation are solved, and high-power wavelength-tunable ultrafast laser output can be obtained. 本公开提供了一种波长可调谐非线性镜锁模激光器及工作方法,包括泵浦光源、准直聚焦系统和光学谐振腔,所述光学谐振腔内依次设有激光晶体、双折射滤波片和非线性晶体,通过旋转双折射滤波片的角度改变激光输出波长,通过调节非线性晶体使倍频过程相位匹配,实现锁模激光输出;解决了现有的可调谐超快激光器损伤阈值低、输出功率低,制备复杂的问题,可以获得高功率的波长可调谐的超快激光输出。
