The method comprisesthe following steps: step 1, constructing a charge plan optimization model; step 2, classifying the to-be-planned slab set according to steel grades and thicknesses to obtain a plurality of primary classes, and the steel grades and the thicknesses of the slab in each primary class being the same; step 3, clustering each primary class to obtain a plurality of secondary classes; step 4, assigning atundish to the slab in each secondary class, so that the weight of the slab cast by the tundish is maximized; step 5, determining the width of the slab in each tundish; and step 6, the slab in each tundish being subjected to charge division.
