The algorithm comprises the following steps: 1, determining a basic forminfluence coefficient K1; 2, determining the structural rigidity and the influence coefficient K2 of a joint (including a buried section joint); 3, calculating the sand cushion settlement amount S1 considering the influences of over-excavation, back-silting and the like; 4, calculating the original foundation settlement amount S2 considering excavation loosening and springback under the sand cushion layer; and 5, calculating the final precipitation amount S = K1K2 (S1 + S2).
