Intelligent official document circulation technology based on user portrait

The invention discloses an official document circulation method based on a user portrait. The method comprises a user portrait module and an official document recommendation module. The user portraitmodule is mainly responsible for user feature extraction based on user historical behaviors; and the official document recommendation module recommends proper office staff for the to-be-processed official document based on the user portrait. The current mainstream doc2vec, TF-IDF and other natural language processing algorithms are adopted, the document is converted into a vector form to perform feature description on the official document, and the features of the official document can be fully mined.
