The system comprises indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity sensors, an indoor carbon dioxide sensor, an outdoor rain sensor, indoor and outdoor wind pressure sensors, indoor and outdoor illuminance sensorsand an outdoor particle content sensor and further comprises a main controller, a shading mechanism arranged at a daylight opening, a window sash arranged at a ventilation opening and a linkage mechanism for controlling the window sash to be opened and closed, wherein output ends of the sensors are connected with an input end of the main controller, and an output end of the main controller is connected with input ends of the linkage mechanism and the shading mechanism.
