Ultra-clean CEMS probe

The invention discloses an ultra-clean CEMS probe and belongs to a flue gas probe. The probe comprises a sampling pipe, a front end cover, an outer sleeve, a filter core, a rear end cover, a gas outlet pipe and a heating device; the front end cover and the rear end cover are fixed to openings in the two ends of the outer sleeve respectively; a flange plate is fixed on the front end cover through afixing screw; the sampling pipe is connected to the front end cover through a fixing sleeve; a filter core fixing seat is fixed on the rear end cover; the filter core is mounted on the filter core fixing seat and located in outer sleeve; an air outlet is formed in the filter core fixing seat, and connected with an air outlet pipe through a connecting pipe; an ultrasonic generator is arranged on the mounting surface, corresponding to the filter core, of the filter core fixing seat; and the connecting pipe is also connected with a blowback pipe.
