The invention relates to a rapid and accurate soil bearing ratio test piece forming method. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) obtaining the maximum dry density and the optimal moisture content of a test piece; 2) preparing a sample according to the optimal moisture content, and performing infiltrating; 3) calculating and weighing the sample of the test piece according to a formula m0=V*[rho]max*(1+wopt)*gamma*(1+[delta]); 4) matching the test mold with an upper lantern ring, turning the test mold to enable the lantern ring to be below the test mold, sleeving an upper cushion block matched with the test mold into the lantern ring, putting the weighed test sample into the test mold, performing leveling, placing a piece of filter paper, and putting a lower cushion block into thetest mold; 5) inversely rotating the test mold for 180 degrees, then putting the test mold on a universal material testing machine capable of controlling the loading rate, and performing compacting;and 6) after the compactin
