The system includes an industrial personal computer, a mechanical system control cabinet, an I-beam main frame, multi-axis servo linear guide rails, a scanner, a tracker, a mechanical arm, a measuring platform and tracker positioning marker units. A PLC control system is connected with a multi-axis servo and the mechanical arm through TCP/IP, and controls the movement of the multi-axis servo and the mechanical arm and acquires scanning data.After the truss-type industrial measurement system based on an optical tracking scanner and a PLC control system is installed and debugged, the system can realize full-automatic 3D laser scanning ofa large work piece, automatically acquire 3D point cloud data of the work piece, automatically analyze and process the 3D laser point cloud and automatically generate a dimension detection result.
