Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a carbon black raw oil preheating device which comprises a barrel. A flue gas inlet is arranged on the upper portion of the front end of the barrel, a flue gas outlet is arranged on the side wall of the rear end of the barrel, and a heat exchange row pipe is arranged in the barrel. The end, close to the flue gas inlet, of the heat exchange row pipe is connected with a raw oil outlet pipe, and the other end of the heat exchange row pipe is connected with a raw oil inlet pipe. A primary preheating coiled pipe is annularly arranged on the outer wall of the barrel in the axial direction. The end, close to the flue gas outlet, of the primary preheating coiled pipe is connected with a raw oil inlet branch pipe, and the other end of the raw oil inlet branch pipe is in pipeline communication with the raw oil inlet pipe between an inlet main valve and a first inlet valve.
