Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses monoclinic barium feldspar ceramic with a low thermal expansion coefficient and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, providing 30-60 wt% of kaolin, 30-60 wt% of barium carbonate, 10 wt% or less of aluminum oxide and 10 wt% or less of silicon dioxide according to the mass percentage of the raw materials to obtain a fritraw material; step 2, adding a fluxing agent with a concentration of 20 wt% or less into the frit raw material, carrying out uniform mixing, and carrying out high-temperature melting so as to obtain auniform and clear celsian glass liquid; 3, carrying out quenching and ball milling on the celsian molten glass to obtain a barium feldspar frit; 4, according to the mass percent of the raw materials,providing 60-100 wt% of the celsian frit, kaolin with the weight being 40 wt% or below and silica powder with the weight being 40 wt% or below, and uniformly mixing the components to be uniform to obtain a ceramic blank; and 5 |
