Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-voltage high-performance electroosmotic pump micro-fluidic chip based on solid-state track etching nanopores. The chip is composed of a micro-channel, a micro-electroosmotic pump, an electrode and an electrode reaction column. According to the design of the electroosmotic pump chip, an ultrathin nano-porous material is selected, the electrode placement position is improved, a reaction solution is optimized, and agarose gel is adopted for filling, so that the working voltage of the electroosmotic pump is lower (1-10 V), and the flow velocity is more stable.
