The invention discloses an air-cooling radiator and an electrical apparatus. The air-cooling radiator includes a radiator substrate, radiator fins and low-temperature air ducts; the plurality of radiator fins are arranged on the radiator substrate; the low-temperature air ducts are defined by the enclosing of the radiator substrate and every two adjacent radiator fins; a distance between the two radiator fins enclosing the low-temperature air duct is larger than distances between every two other adjacent radiator fins on the air cooling radiator; and heat insulation structures are arranged onthe inner walls of the low-temperature air ducts.
