The invention relates to an automatic focusing device on a detection module of a turntable detection machine. The automatic focusing device comprises a module fixing base and a plurality of servo modules in different directions. A gear fine adjustment focusing device is arranged on the servo module. The gear fine-adjustment focusing device comprises a focusing mounting plate, a connecting fixing plate, a fine-adjustment mounting plate, a fine-adjustment gear rack, a light source fine-adjustment device, a camera fine-adjustment sliding block device and a detected object. During use, the gear fine-adjustment focusing device moves up and down along the servo module for focusing; the upper computer controls the PLC module; the PLC module is directly used as a servo controller; the servo controller controls the servo module to move; the servo module drives the gear fine-tuning focusing device, and the camera fine-tuning sliding block device can move back and forth along the fine-tuning gearrack, thereby achieving
