High performance liquid chromatography is adopted in the method. Chromatographic conditions are as follows: octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica is used as a filler ofa chromatographic column; the flow rate is 0.3-0.8mL/min; the column temperature is 20-40 DEG C; and the detection wavelength is 200-240nm. Gradient elution is adopted for a mobile phase, wherein 0.08-0.12% of TFA-water is used for the phase A, and 60-80% of acetonitrile aqueous solution and 0.08-0.1% of TFA water are adopted for the phase B. A fingerprint spectrum of the nacre-borneol-borax-boricacid eyedrops is obtained by gradient elution.
