Zusammenfassung:The inventor provides a production method of carbon nanotube/PI (polyimide) fibers.The method comprises the following steps: adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes to an (amic acid) solution, using electrostatic spinning equipment to make the multi-walled carbon nanotubes into carbon nanotubes/polyamide acid fibers, and then heating in a gradient stage, so that polyamide acid is dehydrated and cyclized to obtain carbon nanotube/PI nanofibers; then heating the carbon nanotube/PI nanofibers to 900 DEG C in a staged way for carbonization treatment to obtain the carbon nanotube/PI composite carbonized fibers.The method can effectively improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability of PI and carbonized PI materials. 发明人提供了种碳纳米管/聚酰亚胺纤维的生产方法,包括步骤为:将多壁碳纳米管加入(酰胺酸)溶液,利用静电纺丝设备将其制成碳纳米管/聚酰胺酸纤维,再将其进行梯度阶段加热,使得/聚酰胺酸脱水环化得到碳纳米管/聚酰亚胺纳米纤维;再碳纳米管/聚酰亚胺纳米纤维阶段升温至900℃进行碳化处理,得到碳纳米管/聚酰亚胺复合碳化纤维,以上方法可以有效提高聚酰亚胺和碳化聚酰亚胺材料力学性能和热稳定性的材料。
