The high-efficiency, flame-retardant and low-smoke cable material is prepared from, by weight, 35-40 parts of natural rubber, 32-36 parts of nitrile butadiene rubber, 20-22 parts of a polypropylene resin, 18-22 parts of a polyurethane resin, 3-5 parts of zinc hydroxystannate, 4-6 parts of a high-silica fiber, 2-3 parts of pyrophyllite powder, 2-4 parts of vermiculite powder, 1-2 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 2-3 partsof carbon black N330, 2-3 parts of zinc stannate, 3-4 parts of N-hydroxysuccinimide, 0.8-1.4 parts of N-tert-butylbenzylamine, 2-4 parts of allyl glycidyl ether, 1-3 parts of vinyltriethoxysilane, 2-3parts of a vulcanizing agent, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant and 2-3 parts of a flame retardant.
