Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a triazolo pyrazine compound containing a heteroaryl substituted pyridazinone structure, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates, and a prodrug thereof, wherein the triazolo pyrazine compound containing a heteroaryl substituted pyridazinone structure is represented by general formula I, substation groups R1, R2, X, and Y are defined in the patent specification. The invention also relates to applications of the high inhibition effect of the compound represented by formula I on c-Met kinases , and applications of the triazolo pyrazine compound, and thepharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates, or the prodrug in preparation of drugs used for treating diseases induced by c-Met, EGFR, Flt-3 kinase abnormal high expression, and especially applications in preparation of drugs used in treatment and/or prevention of cancers.
