Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a high-grade floor polishing and painting device. The high-grade floor polishing and painting device comprises a machine body; conveying cavities are formed in the machine bodyin bilateral symmetry; the two upper side walls and the lower side walls of the two conveying cavities are symmetrically provided with eight rotating wheel cavities in total; and the rear sides of the rotating wheel cavities are provided with transmission cavities. After floors enter the conveying cavities, a hydraulic motor is started, thus, a hydraulic shaft is driven to rotate, then hydraulicoil in a hydraulic cavity is squeezed into a motor cavity through a hydraulic groove, a grinding shaft is pushed move, therefore, the polishing thickness of the floors by polishing pieces is determined.
