The cut stem winnowing device comprises a cut stem in-place winnowing machine used for cut stem primary winnowing, a cut stem air-feeding system used for impurity-containing cut stem secondary winnowing after cut stem primary winnowing, a first transfer and conveying assembly for gathering and conveying pure cut stems subjected to cut stem primary winnowing and pure cut stems subjected to impurity-containing cut stem secondary winnowing, a second transfer and conveying assembly for conveying impurity-containing cut stems subjected to cut stem primary winnowing to the cut stem air-feeding system, wherein the cut stem in-place winnowing machine, the second transfer and conveying assembly and the cut stem air-feeding system are sequentiallyconnected; and the first transfer and conveying assembly is separately connected to the cut steam in-place winnowing machine and the cut steam winnowing system.
