Inclusion complexes and methods of manufacture thereof sesaminol and cyclodextrin

The invention provides an inclusion complex containing sesaminol remarkably improved in water solubility of sparingly water-soluble sesaminol, and to provide a method for producing the same. Another object of the present invention is to provide a food, a pharmaceutical or a quasi drug or a quasi-drug containing the aforementioned esamino-containing inclusion complex. This inclusion complex comprises a sesaminol and a branched CD or a chemically modified CD containing the sesaminol.
