The system is configured to effect at least one iteration of an operation of evacuating solid matter from the duct, said evacuation comprising at least: the stopping of the supply of pressurized air into the duct and the opening of the first valve, causing a lowering of the pressure and penetration of liquid into the duct; the closing of the first valve and the resumption of the supply of pressurized air into the duct, causing a rise in the pressure and expulsion of liquid from the duct through the at least one aeration orifice.
