Zusammenfassung:The invention proposes a Halcon-based method for detecting the size of an end face of an optical fiber. The method includes the following steps: step 1: acquiring an image of the end face of the optical fiber; step 2: pre-processing the image of the optical fiber and obtaining a clean and clear processed image; step 3: detecting edges of the processed image to obtain a profile image, extracting broken profile lines that need to be completed in the profile image, and performing concentric profile merging on the profile lines to form an inner circle profile representing a fiber core of the optical fiber and an outer circle profile representing a coating of the optical fiber; and step 4: through curve fitting, obtaining the radius of the fiber core, the radius of the coating, the concentricity and the out-of-roundness according to an inner circle and an outer circle.
