Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of track traffic vehicle parts and aims to provide a sealing structure, an independent wheel pair device and a bogie. The sealing structure is used for sealing a gap between a first part and a second part; and the first part and the second part are in rotational fit with each other. The sealing structure comprises a first sealing mechanism. The first sealing mechanism comprises a fixed sealing ring and a movable sealing ring which are in rotational fit with each other; the movable sealing ring is used for being connected with the first part; and thefixed sealing ring is used for being connected with the second part. A first gap extending in the radial direction and a second gap extending in the axial direction are formed between the movable sealing ring and the fixed sealing ring, and the first gap communicates with the second gap; a first sealing assembly is arranged in the first gap, and a second sealing assembly is arranged in the secondgap; and the sealing effe
