Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a hot wire automatic adjusting device and method. The device comprises a machine frame, a hot wire fixing frame, a mold fixing frame, a hot wire, a detection module, a slippingdriving mechanism and a control system, wherein the control system is electrically connected with the detection module and the slipping driving mechanism correspondingly, and the control system is used for receiving a detection signal of the detection module and controlling the operation of the slipping driving mechanism. According to the hot wire automatic adjusting device, the hot wire fixing frame can be used for adjusting and fixing the hot wire, the detection module can detect the position state of the hot wire in real time, once the hot wire bending deformation or fusing occurs, the detection module feeds back to the control system in time, the control system can control the slipping driving mechanism or an alarm to act, the hot wire can be tensioned in time to restore to be in a tensioned state, or an alar
