Preparation method of tenofovir alafenamide fumarate monocrystal

The invention discloses a preparation method of a tenofovir alafenamide fumarate monocrystal. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving tenofovir alafenamide fumarate into acetonitrile to obtain a mixed solution; (2) sucking a certain amount of the mixed solution, carrying out filtering, putting the filtrate into a glass container, and slowly adding n-heptane into the glass container; and (3) placing the glass container in a place which is far away from a vibration source and avoids illumination, and carrying out cultivation at room temperature for 12-48 h to obtainthe colorless transparent monocrystal.
