Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a bisphenol compound for improving heat resistance of polycarbonate and a preparation method of the bisphenol compound. The compound is named as 9,9-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-9,10-dihydroanthracene and is synthesized by taking anthrone and phenol as raw materials, taking D001-type cation exchange resin as a catalyst and taking beta-mercaptopropionic acid as a cocatalyst througha chemical reaction. According to polycarbonate produced by using the bisphenol compound as a raw material, the glass transition temperature of a polymer can reach 300 DEG C or above due to introduction of cyclic large side groups and crosslinking of trace byproducts, chemical stability is better, and original performances such as impact resistance, transparency and the like are kept. 本发明涉及一种提高聚碳酸酯耐热性能的双酚类化合物及其制备方法,该化合物的名称为9,9-双(4-羟苯基)-9,10-二氢蒽,它以蒽酮和苯酚为原料,以D001型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂、β-巯基丙酸为助催化剂,通过化学反应来合成。以该双酚类化合物为原料生产的聚碳酸酯由于环状大侧基的引入和微量副产物的交联使聚合物的玻璃化转变温度可以达到300℃以上,并具有更好的化学稳定性,同时保持了原有的抗冲击性、透明性等性能。
