The invention provides a grinding combined tool and a method for determining grinding parameters. A product to be ground has a composite material structure with a large length-diameter ratio. In the technical requirements of the product, grinding machining is required to be carried out on the inner side of the inner surface, so that the use requirement is met; and meanwhile, a set of special combined tool is researched and developed for grinding the product.
