The novel WCB cast steel waterborne environment-friendly coating for the lost foam comprises a powder material, a liquid material and white emulsion; the powder material comprises, by mass, 100 parts of refractory materials, 5-9 parts of lithium-based bentonite, 0.2-0.5 part of CMC, 2-3 parts of attapulgite and 2.5-3.5 parts of a clinkering aid, and the refractory materials contain, by mass, 80%-90% of high-aluminum alumina and 10%-20% of quartz powder; the mass ratio of water to OP-10 to n-butyl alcohol in the liquid material is 100:(0.12-0.17):(0.2-0.6); and the mass ratio of the refractory materials to the white emulsion is 100:(3-5).
