Zusammenfassung: | An organic light emitting device includes a first electrode, a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, an electron injection layer disposed on the light emitting layer, and a second electrode disposed on the electron injection layer. The electron injection layer includes: (a) an organic ammonium salt including a structure of formula (I) or formula (II); or (b) an organic compound comprising the structure of formula (III) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are alkyl groups, X-is a monovalent anion, ring A is a heteroaryl group, n is an integer from 3 to 12, m is an integer from 1 to 4, and * represents a linker. By using the material of the electron injection layer, the problem that when alkali metal fluoride is used as the material traditionally, alkali metal ions diffuse into the light-emitting layer, adverse reactions are generated, and the service life of the device is affected is solved.
