Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a logic AND gate device based on graphene nano-strip waveguide coupled resonant cavities. The device comprises a silicon substrate, a sapphire layer arranged on the silicon substrate, a first graphene resonant cavity and a second graphene resonant cavity which are arranged on the surface of the sapphire layer, a first graphene nano-strip waveguide which is directly coupledwith the first graphene resonant cavity, a second graphene nano-strip waveguide which is directly coupled with the first graphene resonant cavity and the second graphene resonant cavity, and a thirdgraphene nano-strip waveguide which is directly coupled with the second graphene resonant cavity, wherein the first graphene nano-strip waveguide, the second graphene nano-strip waveguide and the third graphene nano-strip waveguide are sequentially arranged along a first straight line; and the first graphene resonant cavity and the second graphene resonant cavity are arranged on the same side of the first straight line.
