The method comprises the steps of S1, obtaining the position informationof a measurement point Q; S2, extracting an average value of the elevations of all the DEM units in a terrain correction range of the measurement point Q from a pre-constructed terrain correction elevation database when the measurement point Q is located at the north pole of the earth through coordinate transformation and rotation; S3, obtaining a terrain correction value of the measurement pointQ according to the average value of the elevations of all the DEM units in the terrain correction range of the measurement point Q in combination with a preset measurement point terrain correction value calculation formula; and S4, accurately correcting the gravity measurement of the measurement point Q according to the terrain correction value of the measurement point Q.
