Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a rust protection method of a stainless steel fastener. The method comprises the following steps that the stainless steel fastener is heated to improve the surface reactivity;the surface of the stainless steel fastener is oxidized while being heated, and iron oxide is generated; acid is used for cleaning to remove partial iron oxide; and under the nitrogen atmosphere, thestainless steel fastener is subjected to temperature rise to 912 DEG C or above, the stainless steel fastener at the high-temperature state is cooled at the running time, and a nitride film is formedon the surface of stainless steel.
