After enzyme is used for reacting with a glucose solution, thin layer chromatography, separation and freeze-drying are conducted, and the enzyme is beta-glucosidase. According to the method, glucose can be directly polymerized to the gentiooligosaccharide by adopting the specific enzyme and the specific process condition, the process is simple, a new enzymatic method for production of the gentiooligosaccharide is provided, the yield is high,and the method has a broad application prospect. 本发明涉及一种利用酶降合成低聚龙胆糖的方法,于水活度较低的非水相环境中进行,利用酶与葡萄糖液反应后再薄层层析、分离和冻干。所述酶是β-葡萄糖苷酶。本发明采用特定酶和特定工艺条件能够直接将葡萄糖聚合为低聚龙胆糖,工艺简单,提供了新的酶法生产低聚龙胆糖的方法,产率较高,具有广阔的应用前景。
