Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a multilayer core-shell particle toughened polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is prepared by blending the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a polymer and 1-100 parts of multilayer core-shell particles. The polymer is a thermosetting polymer and a thermoplastic polymer. The multilayer core-shell particleis composed of a modified starch core, a bio-based soft layer, a polymer hard layer and a functional modified layer. The multi-layer core-shell particle is prepared from bio-based raw materials, is wide in source, environmentally friendly, sustainable, controllable in structure and performance and suitable for toughening and reinforcing processes of various polymers. The particle and a polymer can be mixed on traditional simple synthesis equipment, so that the particle is environment-friendly, and industrial production is easy to achieve.
