Method for preparing ultrafine high-purity alumina by using industrial sodium aluminate solution

The invention discloses a method for preparing ultrafine high-purity alumina by using an industrial sodium aluminate solution. The method comprises: 1) taking an industrial sodium aluminate solution,and carrying out ultrasonic deep purification to obtain a high-purity sodium aluminate solution; 2) adding an alcohol-based reagent into the high-purity sodium aluminate solution prepared in the step1), and ultrasonically emulsifying; 3) adding a crystallization aid to the emulsified solution obtained in the step 2), and precipitating an aluminum hydroxide crystal in an ultrasonic state; and 4) carrying out ultrasonic acid washing on the aluminum hydroxide crystal obtained in the step 3), drying, and calcining to obtain the ultrafine high-purity alumina powder.
