The magnetic nano material is graphene oxide with supported Fe2O3, and in addition, the graphene oxide is modified by nitrogen atoms and fluorine atoms. The magnetic nano material has multiple mutual actions with PFCs (perfluorochemicals) (acid-base interactions and fluorine-fluorine interactions), and in addition has multiple functions, so that the purpose of extracting PFCs with a high flux can be achieved, and selective, high-flux and efficient enrichment of PFCs can be achieved. 本发明涉及一种磁性纳米材料及其制备方法和应用。所述磁性纳米材料为负载有FeO的氧化石墨烯,并且,所述氧化石墨烯上修饰有氮原子以及氟原子。该磁性纳米材料能够与PFCs能形成多种相互作用力(酸碱相互作用和氟-氟相互作用),并产生多种功能作用,从而能够达到高通量萃取PFCs的目的,实现对PFCs的选择性、高通量、高效富集。
