Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a stator iron core making method used for a linear motor. The method comprises the following steps of stepS1, spraying an epoxy resin glue layer on a steel plate surface; stepS2, sending the steel plate in the step S1 into a constant temperature environment for heating; step S3, making the steel plate in the step S2 into a plurality of iron core base materials for forming astator iron core; step S4, stacking and extruding the plurality of iron core base materials; step S5, sending the plurality of iron core base materials in the step S4 into the constant temperature environment for heating; and step S6, placing the iron core base materials after heating in the step S5 in the air, solidifying and acquiring the stator iron core.
