Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a graphite film-Ti layered block composite material for thermal management and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is composed of, by volume percentage, 12.5-80.6% of a Ti metal phase and 19.4-87.5% of a graphite phase, wherein the graphite film and metal Ti are alternately distributed layer by layer in the composite material, present perfect orientation arrangement, and have good interface bonding. The preparation method includes the five steps of: graphite film surface pretreatment, Ti foil surface pretreatment, cutting of the graphite film and Ti foil, layer-by-layer stacking and pre-pressing shaping, and hot pressed sintering.
