Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a rear windshield accessory installing tool and a working method thereof. The installing tool is characterized by comprising a rack, a table board arranged on the rack, a supporting block arranged on the table board and used for supporting the lower surface of a rear windshield workpiece, a glass centering device, a glass clamping device and a glass pin column installing device. The glass centering device comprises a bidirectional air cylinder installed on the table board. Locating wheels with the axis lines vertically arranged are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the bidirectional air cylinder. The locating wheels are installed on a moving base matched with the table board in a sliding manner. An air cylinder rod of the bidirectional air cylinder is connected with the moving base through a connecting rod.
