Zusammenfassung:	A cell pack includes: a secondary cell having a negative terminal of a cell arranged on one side in the thickness direction and a positive terminal of the cell arranged on the other side in the thickness direction; a coil member; a circuit substrate electrically connected to the negative terminal of the cell, the positive terminal of the cell, and the coil member; and a housing for storing the secondary cell, the coil member, and the circuit substrate. The negative terminal of the cell is exposed from the housing. 电池组具备：二次电池，其具有配置于厚度方向一侧的电池负极端子和配置于厚度方向的另一侧的电池正极端子；线圈构件；电路基板，其与电池负极端子、电池正极端子以及线圈构件电连接；以及壳体，其容纳二次电池、线圈构件以及电路基板。电池负极端子自壳体暴露。
