Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a multi-component liquid quality quantitative measurement method of a radix astragali-earthworm capsule and application thereof. Contents of six components including paeoniflorin, tanshinone IIA, salvianolic acid B, amygdalin, Campanulin and astragaloside IV in the radix astragali-earthworm capsule are measured by using an HPLC-ESI-MS/MS analysis method. The method is simpleand rapid, has high sensitivity and specificity, and provides reference for quality control of the radix astragali-earthworm capsule. The method has advantages of being reliable and accurate, being highly sensitive, and being lower in specificity detection limit and quantitative limit, and can analyze contents of components of the traditional Chinese medicines more effectively, thereby having high practical application value. 本发明提供一种芪龙胶囊的多成分液质定量测定方法及其应用,通过HPLC-ESI-MS/MS分析方法,同时测定芪龙胶囊中芍药苷、丹参酮ⅡA、丹参酚酸B、苦杏仁苷、毛蕊异黄酮苷及黄芪甲苷6个成分的含量,该方法简单、快捷,灵敏度高,专属性好,可为芪龙胶囊的质量控制提供参考依据。该方法具有准确可靠、灵敏度高、专属性检测限和定量限更低等优点,对药材成分含量分析更具有效,因此具有良好的实际应用之价值
