The method comprises the following steps of mounting an engine on a high-energy X-ray platform; adjusting the position of a radiation source to make a to-be-tested part positioned at the center of a projection image; scanning the to-be-tested part and obtaining the projection image; performing superimposed noise reduction and enhancement treatment on the projection image; performing template matching measurement and analysis on the projection image treated in step four to complete sealing gap measurement.
