The shear connecting piece includes a T-shaped steel horizontal wing plate, a T-shaped steel vertical web plate and a low elastic modulus material, and is used for connecting a steel beam and a concrete slab; one end of the T-shaped steel vertical web plate and the T-shaped steel horizontal wing plate are in vertical welding; the T-shaped steel horizontal wing plate anchors the steel beam in the concrete slab; the other end of the T-shaped steel vertical web plate is welded with the steel beam; and the low elastic modulus material is filled between the T-shaped steel vertical web plate and the steel beam. The shear connecting piece can release constraint between the concrete slab and the steel beam through one-way sliding, so that large tensile stress can be prevented from generating due to the cooperative deformation of the concrete slab and the steel beam, and the endurance of the structure can be enhanced;
