Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an aluminum-magnesium alloy. The aluminum-magnesium alloy comprises the following components of, in percentage by mass, 5.25%-8.68% of aluminum, 0.35%-0.75% of neodymium, 0.22%-0.85% of zirconium, 0.12%-0.45% of zinc, 0.08%-0.29% of nickel, 0.05%-0.25% of calcium and the balance magnesium and inevitable impurities. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the aluminum-magnesium alloy, the method comprises the following steps that (1), the alloy raw materials are mixed according to the above mass percentage, the alloy raw materials are put into a vacuum furnace filled with argon for smelting, impurity removing is carried out, and an alloy melt is obtained; (2), the alloy melt is cooled in a water cooling mode; and (3), the alloy obtained in the step (2) is heated to 300-450 DEG C, heat preserving is carried out for 8-10 hours, the bar is extruded at the temperature of 320-350 DEG C, and the aluminum-magnesium alloy is obtained. The aluminum-magnesiumalloy has the advantages
