The tool comprises a pressing plate, a tool baseplate, a tool barrel, a high-frequency induction coil and an adjustableplatform, wherein the tool barrel is fixed on the adjustable platform; a plurality of mounting holes of which the sizes correspond to those of the pins are formed in the pressing plate; the pressing plate is placed on the tool baseplate and also placed in the tool barrel together with the tool baseplate; and the high-frequency induction coil is arranged above the tool barrel. The tool and the annealing method thereof can well solve the technical problem about the end annealing of small parts such as pins.
